In this picture the floor beams have just been layed by the blue crane, then work comenced on building the walls, but 2 weeks later they have all suddenly been taken up and all work ceased on the site, reasons unknown.

Here you can see where the walls and floors have been removed from the plot of 4 houses but in the foreground on the plot of 2 houses building has just come to a stand still until work is resumed on the site.
