Happy memories. Apart from a photograph aged two, this is the only photograph the family have of Peter, the young boy. Sadly, he died in April 1958, followed by his parents some years later. It is also the only family photograph. The family lived at Abbey Mill Farm and took part in one other carnival which is believed to have been 1955. In this carnival, Peter and his sister Kathy were dressed as a bride and groom. Should anyone have a picture amongst their old photographs, the family would very much appreciate a copy.
